2008年9月到现在，总的衰退了39.29%。这种衰退可以映射成电子商务购买人群数、成交量。
宏观经济不济影响着电子商务并将继续负面地影响下去。

“白领世界”举办集猎头服务和现场招聘为一体的猎头会，只提供年薪5万元以上中高级职位
在招聘会行业发达的广州，一种集“猎头服务+现场招聘”为一体的高级人才交流活动，正逐渐引领起一股高端招聘会市场的发展潮流。日前记者获悉，3月12日，一场别出心裁的“白领世界·精英荟萃猎头会”，将在广州东方酒店举行。据主办方透露，在该招聘会上，届时将有100家以上世界五百强企业和国内知名企业进场招聘，向求职者提供1000多个年薪5万以上的中高级职位。据悉，除“白领世界”外，广州韦博人才市场今后也有意举办“猎头式招聘会”。
“所谓‘猎头会’，就是一种集猎头服务、现场招聘和求职服务为一体的招聘会”。据主办方广州锦田管理顾问公司招聘部经理林军介绍，这种“猎头式招聘会”的最大特点，就是将传统的人才招聘和猎头服务结合，并“对求职者、企业进行严格挑选，未达条件者一律谢绝进场”。
业内人士认为，这种“猎头式招聘会”，因为对招聘企业和求职者双方都规定了较高进场门槛，而满足了一部分知名企业招聘中高级人才的市场需求。
据称，该场“猎头会”明确规定，大专7年、本科6年以上工作经验的求职者，和能出示年收入在5万元以上证明的技能型人才方可入场。而进场企业，除世界500强外，至少必须达到国内外行业领导者的标准，并能为求职者提供年薪5万元以上职位。据介绍，这场“猎头会”提供的1000个招聘职位，大部分年薪在8万元以上，最高职位年薪更是超过100万元。而进场企业，基本上以BP、菲利普、安利、雅芳、惠尔浦等欧美企业以及TCL、美的、远大空调等内地知名企业等为主。
林军告诉记者，“年薪8万元以上”是广州猎头行业里通行的“最低接单标准”，这场“猎头会”绝对不只是“披上了猎头外衣”，而是一场名副其实的“猎头式招聘会”。
Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administrative Commission
Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administrative Commission (SMTAC), under the Shanghai Municipal Government, is a regulating arm in charge of drafting the master plans and strategies for developing the city’s tourism industry, implementing the trade policies and regulations, and coordinating the operations of related organs and businesses in the industry.
